When you use the website concept builder or contact us, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, city, website, requested services, design preferences, timing, budget readiness, and consent to be contacted. We may also retain basic technical and campaign information used to operate, secure, and understand the website.
Public website analysis
When you request a concept, ID Rebuild may access the public homepage you submit and analyze public text, page metadata, links, and visual color values to prepare that concept. We do not log in to your website, request private credentials, or change the live website. Some websites may block this process or provide limited information.
How we use information
- Review and respond to website inquiries.
- Prepare proposals, concepts, or project recommendations.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and intake process.
- Measure anonymous design choices and completed concept actions so recommendations can improve over time.

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and private website data are not used as model-training inputs. Public website content and information you submit may be used to prepare your requested concept and human follow-up.
Website analytics
We record cookie-free first-party counts for page views and major website actions. These records may include the page path, campaign parameters, referrer hostname, and limited event details. We do not place advertising cookies or store form answers inside analytics events.
Contact and marketing
Submitting the intake form permits ID Rebuild to contact you about that request. It does not automatically enroll you in a recurring marketing list. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, manage communications, store records, or deliver requested services. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, or property.
Retention and security
