Website purpose
This website provides general information about ID Rebuild and allows visitors to explore a preliminary website direction. Preview content is illustrative and is not a finished design, binding proposal, performance guarantee, or promise of availability.
No client relationship
Submitting a form, sending an email, or receiving an initial concept does not create a client relationship. Work begins only after ID Rebuild and the client approve the scope and payment requirements stated in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Pricing and scope
Any price or timeline displayed on this website applies only to the stated offer and assumptions. Ecommerce, custom software, integrations, paid tools, hosting, domain costs, major copywriting, additional pages, and work outside the approved scope may require separate pricing. Final scope, schedule, payment terms, and deliverables belong in the project agreement.
Your submissions
You are responsible for information and materials you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. You grant ID Rebuild permission to review and use submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, evaluate fit, and perform an approved project.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Intellectual property
The ID Rebuild name, logo, website design, written content, and original materials are owned by ID Rebuild or used with permission. No ownership of custom project work transfers except as stated in a separate written agreement.
Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. ID Rebuild does not control those services and is not responsible for their separate availability, content, security, or privacy practices.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep information accurate and the service operating, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific search rankings, lead volume, revenue, or business results.
Limitation of liability
